Recruitment Procedure
Recruitment at Government College of Technology consists of the following 6 steps:
Step 1: The Placement Cell sends invitations to potential recruiters for taking part in campus recruitment process along with the placement brochure (download here) .
Step 2: Interested companies respond by sending their company profile along with their requirement and remuneration.
Step 3: The Placement cell coordinates with the recruiters and a mutually agreeable date is selected for conducting recruitment process.
Step 4: Students are informed of the company and details of interested students are sent to the company.
Step 5: Recruitment process is held on the planned date.
Step 6: Offers are awarded on the same day of the placements through the placement cell.
